IMPORTANT:
- If our health plan provider is unable to collect your monthly direct debit payment, they will inform you accordingly and attempt to collect the payment from your account again within 10 days.
- You will be charged a £10 administration fee if any of your Direct Debit instalments are returned unpaid.
- The direct debit may be cancelled if there are multiple direct debit failures.

If your pet is under 9 months of age, please select a plan that reflects your pet’s estimated adult weight.
We are pleased to be able to offer you a Home Delivery Service on our cat and dog plans. This offers complete convenience, as products are sent to your home every 3 months after your first visit.
Please note that Home Delivery options are not available for pets younger than 9 months.
